All in-app purchases are handled by Apple. Refund requests are managed through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. If a purchase didn't credit correctly in the game, email us and include your device model and what you bought.
Your progress is saved locally on your device. Deleting the App erases it, and it cannot be recovered. Changing devices does not transfer your progress.
When reporting a bug, it helps to include your device model, iOS version, and a short description of what happened and what you expected. Screenshots are welcome.
