These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile game Zombie TD ("the App"), developed by Jacob Reppuhn ("we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, redistribute, or sell the App or any part of it, except where such restriction is prohibited by law.
The App is distributed through the Apple App Store and is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. Where these Terms conflict with Apple's standard EULA, the more protective terms for you as a user apply.
The App offers optional in-app purchases of virtual items (such as in-game "Cores") and a "Remove Ads" purchase. All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Virtual items have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are non-refundable except as required by law or Apple's policies. Refund and billing questions are handled by Apple.
The App displays ads through Google AdMob. You may remove ads with the optional "Remove Ads" in-app purchase. See our Privacy Policy for details on how advertising data is handled.
Your progress is stored locally on your device. Deleting the App will erase this data, and we cannot recover it. We are not responsible for lost progress resulting from deleting the App, changing devices, or device failure.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or progress, arising out of or related to your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
